Agenda for April 1st Meeting at Homecrest House

 1.    Meet and Greet. 
2.    Is anyone having any pressing issues or concerns?  You can start us off.
3.    Who knows about and wishes to go over IMAX, EIV (coordination and user rules).
4.    Who is sure what the latest HUD model Lease is?
5.    Who has gone through a recent REAC?
6.    Housing Providers Conference Calls – Are they a waste of time?
7.    Are you satisfied with your HUD software?
8.    Are you satisfied with your accounting firm?
9.    Do you have any recent concerns from your MOR?
10.    Do you have any concerns with DHCD? (Help or?)
11.    Do you have any Fair Housing issues? (Tub cuts, parking, etc.)
12.     Who has the worst tenant?  Maybe you do not want to share in case she wants to move to one of our communities?
13.    Do we want to meet again or was this too much?  If we do want to meet again, when and what do you want to gripe about or learn?  We could invite and schedule the meeting around an AAHSA representative, but, if we do let’s have good questions.
