Thanks to everyone who participated in LifeSpan's annual conference held a few weeks ago in sunny Ocean City! It was the 1st ever joint conference held with HFAM. By all measures it was a raging success: over 400 registered attendees and a total crowd approaching 700; a record number of exhibitors, and the highest course evaluations we've received in many years. Highlights of the program included insights from our national association leaders - Larry Minnix of AAHSA, Richard Grimes of ALFA, David Kyllo of NCAL and Bruce Yarwood of AHCA.

LifeSpan Annual Housing Conference is November 18th
Housing members are invited to attend LifeSpan's upcoming Housing Conference on November 18th at the Handelman Conference Center. Featured speakers include Bob Iber, HUD, Jennifer L. Bruce of DHCD, and Colleen Bloom, of AAHSA. The program runs 9:00AM-1:15PM, and the fee is $35.00 for the 1st registrant, $30.00 for 2nd or more.

H1N1 Vaccines Available, DHMH Registration Required
In order to receive the H1N1 vaccine, a facility must be pre-registered with DHMH. If your facility is interested in receiving the H1N1 vaccine, register here.
